Who is Cherqi?
Cherqi is a boutique digital agency founded by Mustapha. We specialize exclusively in websites for home service contractors — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and roofers. We've built 147+ sites for tradespeople and know what works.
Why do you only work with contractors?
Because we're good at it. Contractors have specific needs: local SEO, mobile-first design, lead capture, and trust signals. We've learned what converts. Generic web agencies don't understand the trades.
Where are you located?
We're based in Morocco, serving contractors across the US and Canada. Technology means location doesn't matter — we communicate via email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
Who will I be working with?
Mustapha. That's it. No account managers, no project managers, no middlemen. You talk directly to the person building your site.
Pricing
What's included in the $1,997?
Custom website design (looks $5K+), mobile optimization, contact forms that text you immediately, Google Business Profile setup, basic SEO, 3 testimonial slots, service areas section, SSL certificate, and 1 year hosting.
What does the $97/mo cover?
Hosting (we handle the tech), SSL renewal, updates when you need them, uptime monitoring, domain renewal, and customer support.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you get. We'll tell you if something costs extra before we do it.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We can split the setup fee into 2 payments. 50% to start, 50% before launch.
What happens after year one?
The $97/mo continues as long as you want. You can also take your domain and site elsewhere if you prefer.
Process
How long does it take?
7 days from start to live. Usually less. We've built 147+ sites, so we know the process.
What do I need to provide?
Just answers to our questions: What do you do? What makes you different? Who are your customers? Photos if you have them (we can use stock if not).
Will my site look like everyone else's?
No. Every site we build is custom. We design based on your business, not a template.
Can I make changes myself?
You can, but you don't need to. Just email us what you want changed and we'll do it. That's what the $97 covers.
Technical
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Zero. We handle everything. You just answer questions and approve designs.
What if I already have a domain?
We'll help you transfer it or point it to your new site. Easy.
Who owns the site?
You do. 100%. You can cancel anytime and take your domain and content with you.
Will it show up on Google?
Yes. We optimize for local SEO. Your site will appear when people search for your services in your area.
Results
How many leads will I get?
We can't guarantee specific results (that's illegal). But our clients average 15-30 new calls per month within 90 days.
How long until I see results?
Most clients start getting calls within 30 days of launch. Local SEO takes a bit longer to fully kick in.
What if it doesn't work?
We'll work with you to improve it. If you're still not happy, you can cancel. No hard feelings.
